The Magic Microphones and its' accessories carry a ONE YEAR manufacturer's limited warranty from the date of purchase. Manufactures warranty includes only parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations or repairs and/or use of the product other than originally intended are not covered by the warranty. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or like model. If return of the product is required, carefully repack it in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on return for warranty items. Warranty is subject to management approval. On select items, customers may need to ship the defective unit directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
